i purchased replacement lamp for panasonic tv. But what i recieved was bare lamp without casing. Lamp needs to be installed in a casing which i did using my old casing but the lamp is not working. The advertised item did not have no picture but no where it was mentioned that it is bare lamp they are selling not the whole replacement lamp. i will have to order a new lamp as it will more costly for me to send it back after paying shipping and custom and vat duties in my country.
