Pros & Cons :the feature set is nice and it's fairly easy to use, programming features using the handsets.
Got a replacement after the refurbed model I bought wasn't working...

Pros & Cons :volume could be a bit louder for me, so i go for the speaker phone feature, but once you select it, you're stuck until you hang up, ie, you cannot reverse speaker phone during the call.
