Purchased the additional handset to replace an older cordless phone (different brand) that had a dead battery. Have liked this panasonic phone system (3 original phones)so decided to try the additional unit. It was very easy to set up and every thing worked perfectly. I highly recommend this unit.

WE ALREADY HAD THREE OF THESE EXTENSIONS AND NEEDED A FOURTH FOR ANOTHER ROOM. THE INTERCOM FUNCTION IS VERY USEFUL. WE ALSO LIKE THE SIZE OF THE PHONE. CAN EASILY PUT IT IN YOUR POCKET.

Love the additonal phone in my kitchen, does not need a phone jack, the phone base. It is handsfree, just what I need when a call comes and I am working in the kitchen.
