I think this is a pretty nice phone, in general, but was somewhat baffled by the fact that there's no speed dial function - typically a standard feature on most phones. I've also noticed that one of my two handsets seems to disconnect from the base for some reason, and the link has to be reestablished. Also, the battery power seems to diminish rather quickly, and takes quite a while to recharge. Overall, I'm satisfied with the phone quality and features for the price, but I think I'd consider others next time.

I bought this for my mother for Mother's Day. She added it on to an existing panasonic phone. She is 77 and not very tech savvy. She likes it because it is light and easy to hold with arthritic hands. She was able to install it herself AND sync it to the existing phone via the users manual. I would recommend this phone. Can't go wrong with Panasonic phones!

I think these phones are a great system, I've been using it for several months. The only problem is even when not in use, the handsets do need to be charged everyday or I lose my calls, but they will last all day once charged. The additional phone was easy to add to my sytem.
