The Monarchs are fully-loaded, roof prism binoculars at an incredibly attractive price. Nikon's exclusive Eco-Glass(made without the use of arsenic or lead) is used for all lens and prism elements, and the prisms feature phase-correction and high reflection mirror coatings for superior sharpness and resolution. Every air-to-glass surface received multiple anti-reflective coatings, resulting in a 10x42 with greatly improved brightness, resolution and edge-to-edge sharpness. They're known as an optic that's great at everything; handling, durability, optical sharpness brightness, close focusing, and low weight-the Monarchs do it all well. This model is camouflaged in a Realtree Hardwoods Green HD finish.
