This item comes with two earbuds (ear buds) (or "air cushions", as Motorola calls them), which will promptly fall off of the device, and you will lose forever. The unit will not work properly without these "air cushions", and you will not be able to find them in stores, or on the Motorola website. A search of the Motorola website on these terms will take you to batteries and other unrelated items. Calling the telephone number Motorola provides in the user guide will cost you an hour of going around and around with a computer voice. Dialing "0" and being connected with a Motorola person will result in their confusion, and you being disconnected. In addition, after about a half-hour of non-use, this device will set off a very loud BEEP in your ear, presumably to tell you it is going into sleep mode. This is very distracting and irritating while you are driving, and makes you wonder what idiot engineer decided that this feature would be a good thing. So, save your money and your patience, and buy items from companies other than Motorola.

I have owned my share of expen$ive bluetooth headsets and I am so much happier with this unit. It is under $20 and it pairs itself with my iPhone with no problems. The Motorola H375 Bluetooth Headset can be uncomfortable and very hard to hear with the loss of the rubber ear piece, but I quickly solved that by using a toothpick and rubber cement to glue the two pieces together. And if I break this unit or I lose it....it is under $20 to replace. Also a BIG PLUS is that I charge this with a Mini-USB cable....the headset charges in my Dual-USB car charger along with my iPhone when not in use.

For the price I paid, I got a moderately good headset. I have had no problem with it so far and it functions well. This is my first bluetooth headset and therefore I am not expecting much from this particular item. The ear piece could be a lot more comfortable but then again for a 20 dollar Bluetooth headset, this is the best one can get. 4/5
