Great product. I have a very picky dh and when he said he wanted a leather laptop case I found this at a great price compared to many other leather cases. He loves it and it's holding up very well...

I purchased both the MEVLLP (this product) and the Mobile Edge MEVLLS Select Leather V-load Black to compare them. As you can likely tell from the photo, both are very similar. I also looked at several other cases, but these two were among the few quality leather briefcases at a reasonable price. The primary differences between the MEVLLP and MEVLLS are two-fold. First, the Premium MEVLLP is one inch thicker because it includes a document storage compartment in the rear. This may or may not be a selling point for you. The second primary difference is the front flap enclosure. The Select MEVLLS uses velcro while the Premium MEVLLP uses a magnet. For me, that is a selling point. When in an office or group environment, sometimes you do not want to be making a bunch of noise by ripping open a velcro flap. Overall both are made of quality leather. I was really impressed by the quality and the space/number of compartments. It wasn't overdone, but they had just enough storage areas. The laptop area was well padded and fits my Precision M4300 just right. You can't go wrong with either the Select MEVLLS or the Premium MEVLLP. This is the first time I purchased a Mobile Edge case, but it won't be the last!
