The Minicom Cat5 Video Display System (VDS) broadcasts high-resolution video over CAT5 cable to multiple display stations in real time. Now you can broadcast all your critical information directly to the public, keeping everyone informed. Because of the systems thin Cat5 cabling, you can place the remote display stations up to 110m/360ft away from the source.Since the Minicom Cat5 Video Display System is a pure hardware solution, it provides real-time screen transfer without loss of screen quality. Broadcast the source screen at high video resolution: up to 1600 x 1200 at 75Hz. This Minicom Cat5 VDS is ideal for a wide range of multi-screen applications, it can be used to give real-time data updates at airports, train/bus stations or stock exchanges, to broadcast entertainment or advertisements in stores and restaurants and for multiple-location security monitoring.The Minicom Cat5 Video Display System is also a powerful presentation tool in computer classrooms and training environments and a great alternative to expensive projectors. In the classroom, the system can perform two important training functions with a simple two-button controller. You can send a teachers screen to all remote monitors or darken all remote monitors to gain students undivided attention. This unit features video signal distribution to hundreds of remote display devices.
