I've used many mice over my career, and have recently bought a series of newer mice, only to discover that the 3000 simply can't be beat. I love it because: - It fits perfectly in my hand, with no raised edges anywhere that your fingers travel (like around the scroll wheel) - It clicks lightly and easily (most mice click too hard and become tiresome) - The weight is well balanced, not too far forward nor back, making it good to move with just a small amount of lift - The laser is sensitive enough to be accurate but not so sensitive that it mistakenly thinks you want to move the mouse cursor when in fact all you are doing is picking up and moving the mouse to reposition it The only improvements to this great product would be: - Find a way to reduce the weight even more (it's on par with other 1-battery mice, and the weight is better balanced than most) - Smooth out the action of the scroll wheel. I.e., it should turn a little smoother with less of a clackety-clack feel.

The product is good, plugins to my vista and xp laptops seamlessly. I have been using it for the last two months almost 3 hours daily, battery seems to be still going strong. I just wish it was a little bigger, I have a normal male palm size :)

This mouse works great, only requires one aa battery and is perfest size for laptop operations.
