I have had this mouse for years now, and it has seen constant use. Let me just say that it works like a charm. It's cute, it lights up bright, and, well... it just works. The only problem I've had with mine is that now, after years of use with no problems, the scroller wheel is getting stuck sometimes. I think it may have something stuck in it, so I recommend not eating at your desk (something I have the bad habit of doing). To address some of the issues people have with discomfort: this is a way of life with all small mice. It depends on how you hold it. If you like to use your mouse with your wrist resting on the back of the mouse itself, then this is not for you. If you use the mouse with just the tips of your fingers anyway, then this mouse will be fine. I usually have my hand kind of hanging down from the armrest of my chair, so whether the mouse is big or small makes no difference to me. If you want a mouse that's portable but larger, try Microsoft's rather ingenious Microsoft Arc Mouse (Black). I sound like I'm advertising for MS, don't I? Well, I'm not, honestly. ;-) I'm just telling you my experiences. Hope they help!

The thing that I like about this mouse is that the buttons are easy to click, very little pressure needed. The is really helping with the pain in my arm/wrist. It is likely that you will need a USB extension cable if using this on a docking station or desktop computer. It would be even better if they could toenail in a side button for browser back functionality.
