Very satisfied with product. Basically plugged it in and it worked, no hassles. Software compatible with Vista.

the webcam works very well. however there is a feedback problem with the the microphone that has not improved so you hear an echo.

My cousin recommended this camera, but it was $100 at Target. Thanks, Amazon, for a great deal! Great quality video and audio. Easy to install, and small.
