There is no indicators of when the CAPS LOCK / NUMBER LOCK keys are on. It is EXTREMELY ANNOYING when you have to constantly retype your passwords because you have no idea if the CAPS LOCK key is on or not. When I first purchased this keyboard I was very surprised to find out that this rudimentary feature offered in even the most basic / inexpesive keyboards is not present. I thought that maybe it wouldn't be such a big deal and I would just get used to it with time. I never got used to it and I actually find it more and more annoying as the time goes by. The mouse comes with its own set of problems and is working very erratically. I purchased this set from one of the Micro Center stores. They sell it as an OEM version but the enclosed brochure claims that it is covered by a 36 month warranty by Microsoft. The same claim is posted on the microcenter website. However, when I contacted the Microsoft they have declined any support for it since it is an "OEM" version. I am "stuck" with this terrible product and shopping for a replacement right now.

This is not the OEM 3 pack of keyboards/mice. This is a single keyboard/mouse combo from the 3 pack produced by Microsoft. Get the retail version for a whole lot less money. This is a complete misrepresentation of the product. The Microsoft part number listed on the site is the same as from Microsoft for the three keyboards/mice.
