Pros & Cons :you will need to replace the batteries occasionally (depends on how much you use it) and make some adjustments to all the volume selectors (there are 3), but once set it will be your favorite office upgrade.

Pros & Cons :plug in your headset (make sure its compatiable with the quick disconnect plug on the amplifier), and adjust a slider on the side of the amp to select one of five settings (use the one that gives the best quality sound and operation, you won't harm the amp by experimenting).
