I bought these speakers with gift money and they worked great for about a year. Then my right speaker started to crackle one day.. Since then sound no longer comes out of that speaker it just crackles and hisses whenever I have it plugged in. OVERALL the system still plays great minus the blemish, I just know I won't be getting 5.1 sorround sound on these things which is fine because it's still better than anything else that I have. I've bought plenty of hardware made by logitech before and never had any problems,I bought a mouse from them many years ago and it's still going strong. I'm still a big fan of logitech products, I just believe I got a faulty unit. Stuff like this happens, and for the most part this product still works and produces sound so I figure it could have been worse. PROS - - Alot of Watt Power - Affordable yet great sound for your console/pc games and movies CONS - - Short speaker cords - Wired Remote

For $100.49, I don't think I've ever spent that amount sooo well. These speakers are ridiculously loud, even at halfway. My house shakes when it's a little past the 1/4 mark. The only bad thing is the really short cords and the center speaker doesn't have holes where it can be mounted on the wall like the rear left and right ones. Along with the volume controler, it's not very long either. I didn't get the video game adapter with it so I'm not too sure what it's like playing Call of Duty or anything on my 360, but I'm sure it's super sweet either way. I would definitely get these speakers or the Logitech Z-5500's. They're pretty much just an updated model, plus it has Dolby Digital! They're also a lot more expensive, if you can find a good deal on these Z-5300e's.. GET THEM!! You'll never be happier that you made the decision to buy these when you set them up!
