I would give much higher reviews but it seems the support on this device is lacking from any corner of the earth. You can't upgrade the firmware except through OS less then Vista. It is a bear to configure and their is no configuration software - the company Cisco/Linksys sends you to chat on their site, which says it can't help. They then send you to India which says they can't help you after stumbling through scripts which they can not deviate from. They say go to the store which sold you the product. Hmmm... Amazon is going to help me configure Linksys Product for VOIP? Wow - Amazon must be really good - not. They send you to Voxilla which is the company that actually sold it to you. Voxilla tells you to use their forums. If thats not helpful then use their help forum. If that is not helpful, and out of a last resort (paraphrasing their message), then leave a message and they will call you back. Its been quite some time now since I left a message. They have a configuration utility that is only a small part useful. So unless you are a technical genius or unless Linksys starts thinking its customers deserve some decent American help and assistance directly to their customers - avoid this company.

I've been using it for months now. Some of the features I've been using are the ff: I was able to use two (2) voip (static & IVR mode) settings. Also, it's capability to reset to avoid hung in the phone line. Very nice... and I'm recommending it to my clients.
