Image definition is unbeatable! Sound quality clean & clear. Size ideal for traveling laptops (not to mention the little black bag to save it). Fully compatible with MSN and Skype (altought a lot better video definition in Skype). One "problem" that it may show in the future would be the clip-type device to attach it to your laptops' screen frame, it could disloge someday. I'm not sure if it is suppose to heat-up as much as mine does... if this is normal ok, if it's not then I'll be buying another type from Microsoft later.

Exceptional value. Operation is simple and easy. Quality of video is extremely high. Great product

This equipment was very easily to install and the picture and audio, quality is very good.
