The battery works well. Holds up to its standard and to the standard of HP. Makes you want to hold on the the HP Pavilion - a 2005 purchase (another great buy).

Got it like 2 days after ordering(great!). Gave it 2 recharge cycles and got 3:50hr while beating it up(updates, virus scan, LCD on, WiFi on). Couldn't be happier! The old stock HP batt got less than 1hr. It does stick out from the bottom and raises the rear of the laptop up bout 3/4" but to me, well worth it to get 4hrs of normal usage from a real laptop.

I have had this battery for about 2 months and am impressed with the duration of its charge. I can work on battery power much longer than with the original battery. So far no problems, but then again it has only been 2 months. So far so good.
