I have no complaints about the Brother ink cartridges. They are no fuss, no muss...easy to replace. The machine I got through Amazon is a printer, copier, scanner, fax, and answering machine. It was the only 5 in 1 I could find a couple years ago and its working great. Of course, the black cartridge runs out first so I always keep more of them. There is a pack of 4 cartridges available, the 3 colors and 1 black. I get that and a couble extra black cartridges.

This is NOT the product that arrived. Though it was advertized as OEM it is in fact a brother COMPATIBLE. And a useless one at that. Rather than the hassle of returning it I tried it --- it doesn't work. THIS IS NOT A GENUINE BROTHER PRODUCT. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE -- I regret I can't give this NO STARS -- it doesn't deserve even one.

I purchase this product almost exclusively from Amazon. It performs to manufactures expectations. Will buy again.
