Did a lot of research and settled on this phone. Not many options in my community so having options online makes a HUGE difference! Many other folks reviewed and had great things to say about Panasonic items. Hubby even likes it!!

ASIN:Panasonic KX-TS620W: This telephonse is working satisfactorily. The viewing screen is too small and the color makes it hard to read. To utilize the screen, one must pick up the entire phone and move it closer to one's eyes under an especially bright lamp. Though my wife has a hearing deficit, the volume control is adequate.

This digital answering machine, speaker phone is pricey for a one line phone. The phone and answering machine work fine and the sound quality is very good. BUT! I'm disappointed that the LED Display is practically unreadable and should light up so you can see the time or information. Also, there is no battery back-up in case of a power outage. The value just isn't there, for the amount of money paid, or a high recommendation.
