I don't recall how much I paid for this phone system but no way would I spend $400 on a phone set. The performance is outstanding and would recommend this quality product to others.

Not happy with this product at all. After six months the phones stopped working. No dial tone. Contacted Panasonic and trouble shooted the matter. Nothing works. They suggested I send it to them at my cost and they will send a reman. What does that tell you? Reman? I paid for a new phone system to work and I would expect nothing else but to receive a new one in replacement. Of course they don't make this particular model anymore. Going back to the Uniden phones and back to phones with jacks. I thought it would be great to have a handset available in other areas of the house without installing phone jacks. Making it easy to access a phone. The problem with plug-ins is that if the main unit doesn't work, you are out of a phone no matter how many handsets you have. So here I sit with 4 handsets that don't work. Thank goodness I kept a few old phones for spares.

Excellent, works well, no problems, easy to use, fairly easy to setup. Nice feature: being able to call the other handsets. Problems: Numbers saved in the base phone aren't available from the handsets
