Wrong product delivered but when contacted, partstore accepted the mistake and metioned that they don't have it in thei rstock. They also gave me return UPS recipt. Unfortunately, I have sent it for over 3week but so far I haven't seen my money back. I called them about 10days back and it was confirmed that they received the part but need to check with the receiving department. I was promised that I will be sent email/communicated same day but so far neither any communication or my money. Can you help to expedite the refund? It is painful. Thanks Susheel

Somewhere, someone entered the number incorrectly for the item. What they show is a FA92, not the FAT92 that is supposed to be linked to the site. How much business is lost by the slip of a finger?

Amazon's search provided the wrong item - not toner. don't know why it suggests buying this and the multifunction printer...
