I bought this to replace a Microsoft bluetooth mouse, which was just too small for my average-sized hand. This thing is nice and large, and I can use it all day (Autocad drafting) without a problem. The shape isn't too ergonomic, but that doesn't bother me much. The only downside is that the cursor has ghost movements periodically. At least once a day, I'll leave the mouse alone for a few seconds and the cursor will continue to slowly move across the screen. It's not a big deal, but that's the quality you get for the price.
