The instructions in this thing are a joke - basically a series of drawings with no text - there is one nut that regulates the tension in the arm but it does not tell you which way or how far - result: I broke it on the first try. The price is right and "most" of the components (other than the aforementioned nut) feel solid - had they spent and extra buck on better instructions it could "almost" make sense. Kensington you have failed me once again - I'm never buying anything from these guys again.
