Buyer beware -- this product does not arrive with the N29 tip as advertised, making it unusable with a Thinkpad T60. Kensington will send the tip in "12 to 15 days" via USPS. They claim there is "no way" to get the missing tip sooner. In summary -- if you buy this item know it may not arrive as advertised.

Product works as expected on airplanes and would probably get 4 stars (minor cons are that it's a bit bulky and has fan noise) but Kensington customer service made me exceptionally happy that I bought this product. After losing my cigarette adapter (perhaps a flaw that it is easy to leave adapter behind when unplugging from an airplane) Kensington sent me an entire new unit under its 2 year warranty. Would be good if they offered replacement adapters separately but right now I can't complain.
