I was amazed at the print quality delivered by this printer as well as by the speed. It is almost equal to the quality/speed of the HP Officejet printer I use with my desktop computer. I don't travel so much since I'm retired, but I do like to have a printer along when I take my laptop on trips, and this printer serves my needs very well. This is the first mobile printer I have owned so I don't have anything to compare it with as far as being heavy. It does add a lot of weight to my carrying case, but I use the same case to transport my laptop and all accessories. Since I don't have to be as mindful about weight as some others who may do a lot of travel by air, I have no qualms about the weight of the printer. I am very pleased with this mobile printer. It has delivered the same quality I've come to expect from HP desktops for many years.

I upgraded from a HP 450wbt to the HP470wbt. What a wonderful surprise. Great printer, nice case, hooks up to bluetooth with no problem. Not one negative thing to say. Highly recommend this printer

I contacted HP tech support after attempting all the website suggested fixes. Although, the automatic email reply promised contact within an hour, it took more than 12 hours to receive a reply, and it was basically everything listed on the website and nothing new. The printer would not turn off unless it was disconnected via unplugging the power cord and removing the battery. The power light and resume light just kept blinking no matter what I did. The printer cartridges would not move across the track and stuck in the right side of the compartment. I removed and reinserted the cartridges and the problem still persisted. I did access the HP website to try and resolve the problem and I followed all the suggestions but none seemed to work. Since I did not hear back from anyone in tech support within the time frame promised, I contacted Amazon and requested a return authorization. I am very disappointed with this product. For the price, the unit does not feel very sturdy. I have another HP printer and have never had any problems with it.
