The first problem was that it took nearly 6 weeks for me to receive my order. I had to write the seller twice and was told the order was sent. But, it did not come. The second problem is that one of the cartridges I ordered was defective. The was the first negative experience I had ordering through Amazon. I will never purchase from this seller again.

If you buy a used or reman cartridge, be sure you look carefully if you are getting one or two cartridges. I ordered from BIS and only got one cartridge - upon further inspection, order acknowledgements indicate a single cartridge, but it really isn't clear on the Amazon page. I think this is deceptive to ship single cartridges under an item that is clearly a TWIN-Pack. The cartridge itself is fine.

Heh, when i bought this i wanted to buy 2 black ink cartriges. I recieved 2 color.... that was my fault, they work fine i just wanted them switched around. Dont make my mistake. happy printing
