OK, they finally got the photo right. Good. Because the ones I got did not have the "bend" so the guitar pedals I'm trying to chain together don't sit in the pedal board properly because they don't have the "L" bend as picutred in this photo. On top of that, by "six inches", then mean if you stretch it out - there's about two (2!!) inches of cable between the plugs, so even in a pedal board, they barely connect and can be a real pain. All Hosa had to do was add an extra 2 inches of cable between the plugs and never have made anything without an "L" shape, and a narrow one at that, and for probably a few more cents they'd have a five star product. In the end, these aren't bad for the price, but I don't know about you - I'd rather be trying to play (because I suck) than I would trying to get this too-short cable to reach another pedal, y'know? Between wrestling with these and the fact that I do suck, I give up and go to bed more often than I play, which is why I continue to suck. If you can find the older style cables with metal pieces for the plug part that are thin and much more solid, that have about 4-5 inches of cable at least between the plugs, grab those! I've got a couple of them, and when they break, I take the time to take them apart and fix them. These, when they break, end up right in the landfill, sadly. Say "no" to bad cables and maybe you'll learn to play guitar - unlike me.
