what a crazy gizmo, but it works flawlessly! I bought this for work when I was setting up one of my bosses with a wireless headset for his office phone. Now he can answer and hangup from anywhere in the office. He presses the button on the ear piece and this device literally lifts or drops the handset on his desk phone. Nice bridge between old and new technology

Overall this product is satisfactory but not great. Sound quality is only fair. Would not buy again.

I have ordered this product many, many times and have had no problems with it.
