Extends any USB device up to 1,650 feet away from the computer with built-in 4 port HUB. --The extendit USB500 extends any USB device including keyboard and mouse up to 1,650 feet away from the location of your computer, eliminating the 17.5 feet distance limitation of USB. The USB500 also includes a remote 4 port USB HUB. extendit USB500 send and receive units use Extreme USB technology. --How it works: The extendit USB500 send unit is placed next to the computer. A USB cable connects the computer to the extendit USB500 send unit. A fiber optic cable is used to link the USB500S send unit to the USB500R receive unit with HUB.
