Extended Service Package Warranty for DR5020

This annual service agreement is a convenient way to obtain service for the Canon DR-5020 Document Image Scanner. The end user receives one year of Toll-Free telephone support and, if needed, on-site repair service.Upon activation of the Annual Service Agreement, should the Canon DR-5020 scanner malfunction, simply call Canon to receive technical support over the phone from a service representative. If necessary, a field service technician will be dispatched to repair the problem at your location, subject to limitations set forth in the Annual service Agreement. Field service is between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, local time, Monday through Friday. The response will normally be the next business day from the day a call is placed if the location is within 100 miles of one of our service locations. Response times may vary.
