The Emerge EMS1000P media streamer system requires no special software or operating system support. You just attach the EMS1000P media streamer hardware and the audio/video (A/V) distribution solution is fully functional. The EMS1000P system consists of a transmitter and receiver pair. You connect the transmitter to the multimedia source, and at the destination up to 600 feet away using standard CAT5 cable, you connect the receiver directly into the output device which can include a plasma display, projector or monitor.
