I purchased these headphones for use at work - I need something to keep random noises out (co-worker chatter). These fit the bill quite well....they're a bit tight, so they keep out noise just by virtue of the fit. They're comfortable for the times I keep them on - a couple of hours at times. Sound is very nice - good bass without being boomy, mid and upper ranges are clear. I'm not quite sure about the construction - but so far there haven't been any problems. I did check some of the bose products, but I didn't find the headphones worth the price they're asking. To me - the EH-250 has been a good product for the price.

Before buying these I had the Senn HD212 Pro headphones. The EH-250 featured here sound very similar to those headphones, and I can assume that the EH250 is the direct replacement of HD212Pro. The sound quality is amazing. I use them for gaming and watching movies, and have been quite happy with them. I don;t use much for music, so I can't rate them in that regard. However, movies and games sound great. The bass is a bit too loud on default, but I did lower the slider on my sound card's control panel and now it sounds perfect. Oh and since these are closed headphones all outside sounds are blocked. I think I have a normal head size (look at my ugly mug on my profile), and these headphones are very comfortable. I use them for hours and hours and they feel so good that I forget I even have them on. Totally recommended!

I can't belive that much sound comes out of these headphones. I play a lot of games on my computer and have surround sound for them but, when I use these I can hear the grass blowing in the wind, the clothes rubbing together and the shell from the gun ting on the floor. I couldn't of asked for a better pair of headphones then these for 50 dollars!
