I ordered this cartridge for my church,i was really surprised when it came and it was just as good as the more expensive cartridges you get at the office supply stores.Of course it said it was new but i had my doubts since it only costed like a tenth of what they costed in town.the despercition was very very accurate.thank you amazon for saving my church so much money. This cartridge is awesome! Without it, my Canon PC400 copier did not work at all. And with it, just marvy! And by the way, Canon provides, at no cost to me, free and no cost return shipping of the old, dead, defunct cartridge, so that it will be properly restored or laid to rest.
