This is a great player while it lasts. I've had problems off and on with screen freeze- I used the reset button quite a bit. I had it for 13 months when it decided to go on the fritz. Customer service told me that it would either need repaired or replaced (each would cost about the same). Enjoyed it while it lasted, but I will not be buying another player from Creative.

I have used this player for a year, and have found it quite good. In the past I have had a Samsung and Sandisk. My favorite so far has been the Samsung, but the newer ones don't have the bookmark feature that I need. I enjoy the ability to see album art, create playlists, and most of all the ability to bookmark audio tracks like those from NetLibrary Recorded Books E-Audiobooks. Reliability is good, but the battery life isn't as good as the claims. I have found the best thing to do is lock the player to get the most out of the battery life. A couple complaints/suggestions. 1. The bookmark feature works fine, but it only retrieves the track it is placed on and not within the playlist. If you have several tracks, you have to build it back. 2. Calendar feature is really pointless. I use Yahoo Calendar and would like a simple interface for that. 3. Screen would be a good size for reading e-books. Why can't you load them or pdf files? What about importing lyrics for songs? 4. Radio reception isn't the greatest.

It's a good MP3 player. I just don't understand how some of the artists and things like that are categorized on the player. When I import them, I put them in a certain file and name them a certain thing and then have a hard time finding them on the player because it is not the same location and name as I entered.
