Good to be able to receive this tape for my Brother P-Touch in the mail and....for a good price!!!

I ordered this product on December 28th and was quoted a 5-7 day delivery, (which honestly, I thought was too long to begin with). I received the product on January 9th, twelve days later. I contacted the company prior to posting this message and received a glib comment from them blaming the delivery carrier. I guess what disturbs me is that an off-the-shelf item like this should really be shipped the same day and this company is apparently not equipped or committed to a service level that will keep customers coming back. I will not be reordered from this company.
