THe item (a mobile phone battery) arrived earlier than I expected and was ready to use in the phone (i.e., didn't require overnight charging). I was really pleased with both the product and the service.

After purchasing and installing the battery, my talk and standby time nearly tripled. If I need a Motorola RAZR accessory, will definitely come here first.

I ordered a new battery for my phone because my battery life was only about 2 days long, which seemed pretty short. The new battery didn't improve things. No fault of the seller, might be a Motorola thing.
