The QC3's clear, slightly disappointing sound is much better than the sound of any other headphones I've used. The CD player's low wattage may explain the surprisingly low volume. But the noise-canceling feature disappoints me most. Even with the Walkman playing a DDD operatic CD at full volume, I can still hear every word from our TV and even my air conditioner. Although I'll buy the headphones, which I ordered from Bose, I wish I had ordered audiophile-grade headphones instead of the QC3s. By the way, I still haven't found the serial number.

As overall its a good headphones ,but It has some drawbacks 1-you will notice pressure in your ears when you use them its like you are in an airplane and its uncomfortable sensation 2-after using them for a while you will notice that your hearing will begin to decrease ,,they need to do more research on the safety of this specific product(QuietComfort?? 3) other wise enjoy it and because I like Bose products I bought the Bose?? QuietComfort?? 2 its doesn't have those drawback after extensive testing and I am satisfied with them.
