No company could possibly do better than this--they rushed it to me at no extra charge and I wasn't even in a hurry because I was ordering before I ran out. Of course the quality is the height of perfection. What a buyer needs to watch out for, if ordering from many other suppliers, is excessive, excessive shipping and handling. Not with Oki. Oki is honest and the price is reasonable. I also understand that the ink used on these ribbons from the manufacturer protects your printer head while the ink on some off-brands may not, so that alone makes it worth getting real Oki ribbons!-- I have never had to replace my printer head because I have followed this rule. Thank heavens.
