Just as described. It is a shielded cable, which means it can go right up against electric cables without degrading the signal. It worked perfectly, since the small hole thru the concrete wall I used also had 3 electric cables going thru it. Just remember not to kink the cable when installing. I put 2 of them together with a shielded in-line coupler for a total of 150' and the signal comes out great at the other end.
