Pros & Cons :i've just rewritten my review as after talking to customer service i got a good representative who was able to identify why my new hub would not work properly (only finding two ports) with my windows 7 64 bit computers, but would work with my xp machine.
Must plug in power BEFORE connecting USB to computer
