The iPod fits nicely and it is comfortable on the arm (you forget it's there after a while). The only problem is that the outside wheel doesn't always line up perfectly with the iPod wheel, so sometimes it's hard to use the volume controls or change settings on the iPod while it's in the arm band.

The armband and belt clip work very well. They are also very secure and protect your ipod well when working out. The only negative is it is a little bit bulky.

The package comes with a nano case and an armband, very comfy to wear. The case is tightly secured with the armband. You can also detach them and use them separately. There is a small hole on the bottom right hand corner of the case for the headphone cord. But it doesn't have a big slit for the socket if you're using FM radio headphone. I mainly use my nano at the gym and it serves me very well. I have three armbands so I can choose which one to use depending on my need. I got it for about $11, plus shipping.
