This headset has wonderful bass and sounds terrific. Just what I need to drown out my flatmates without disturbing them.

I'm no stranger to the Behringer brand, with a few misses but most Behringer purchases being hits. These are quality headphones for someone on a budget. If your main concern is sound quality, you will not be disappointed. These sound great! The gold plated 1/8" connector with thread-on 1/4" gold plated adapter is putting quality where it counts...in the connectivity. The drivers have crisp, full range sound reproduction. The construction may seem a bit flimsy and light weight but will do fine in a studio setting. However, unless you don't mind replacing these occasionally in lieu of their modest price, I don't think they will handle the abuse of a working DJ/KJ/mixer.

...an outstanding value for the money. The unit does not perform as though I was sitting close to an orchestra. But, with simulated "surround sound," certainly in the First Balcony.
