I've been listening to old records for an hour now. I have a Intel Mac Pro and everything is working fine. I think the Audacity software will take some time to learn but the turntable is working great. Not sure what the comments where about the table not being fully automatic, it is. Lots of fun. Songs I have not heard for many many years. Just like old times.

The fact that my extensive classical record collection was gathering dust in the attic was frustrating. But now I can listen to my records again, and, more importantly, I can transfer the records into CD's. I'm very pleased with sound quality and the ease with which records can be transferred into CD's.

Chose this over the ION TTUSB05 USB Turntable. Happy I made that choice. Works better than expected. Easy to use and easy setup. Exactly what I expected from Audio Technica. Ripped all of my Beatles albums. Love it!!
