I purchased a base AT&T handset a year back and I was satisfied with it. The call quality is good and the battery lasts long. I went for this additional set and no question it is performing to the expectations. A good value for the money.

this phone system is good, except i wish there was a way to have a GLOBAl address book on all handsets (we have 5) Another gripe is redial of caller id doesnt ever put a 1 in front. Wish that worked :)

I have the AT&T EP5995 and needed an extra phone for the upstairs of my house. I was concerned that because of the wireless connection to the base it wouldn't work well. I haven't tested it more than 40 feet from the base yet, but around the house it's terriric.
