i purchased 5 of these phones for my New Jersey office from my telephone wiring contractor CROWN TELECOM SERVICE (732) 681-3903 and they are a dream. they were up and running with a little programming.Easy to use, cheap, and have big system features like intercom, page, hold, LCD display, etc. Phone systems cost thousands of dollars for the same features. Don't fall for the big system hype. Have these installed and save yourself alot of money!

I purchased 4 of these phones for my small business. They are terrible. While everyone in technical support admits I have tried everything to get the phones to work they do not. I can talk on them but if I put a call on hold and pick it up at a different extension the customer can't hear us....we sound like a Mickey Mouse organization....Avoid these phones no matter how nice customer serivce is they can't help.

The wires in the handset keep losing contact even though I tried to fix it many times. And, the key here is, there are no replacement parts... So, that is a major problem.
