Pros & Cons :at this point i do not recommend this equipment as it is not windows 7 compatible (even some parts of their website states differently).

Pros & Cons :top files on a mac, i wrote to the adesso help line and was informed that this product only functions as a tablet for macintosh monitors and does not have the text/graphics capture features i expected.
