Pros & Cons :but unlike the other enclosures i own and seem to work fine with most newer disks, this is the only enclosure which can read the older ide/pata hard drives.

Pros & Cons :the drives accomodate easily into the enclosure, put the 4 screws that comes with the enclosure, and there it is, just connect to the pc through the usb cable (included) and plug the ac adapter and you're ready to go.
