I have 2 of the SanDisk 8GB Memory Stick Pro Duo cards purchased exclusively for use with my 2 PSP 3000's. I have using the 1st card for the last 2 months and the 2nd card for the past week. Both formatted in the PSP easily and quickly and are plenty fast enough for the PSP and current games. Movies play without pause when playing them from the memory card. With about 8 GB available, you have more than enough space for game downloads, movies, music, etc. Movies generally take up 300-500MB and the games/demos I've downloaded from the PSN (Playstation network store) have also been less than 500MB. Downloading games online with the PSP direct to the card is pretty fast depending on game size, and loading the card with movies/music on the PC is pretty fast. So if you wanted an affordable Pro Duo card for your PSP with tons of space, this is the one to get. HIGHLY recommended. Note with the seller I purchased from, Rhino Tech and new packaging for these cards. The 1st card came with a small plastic carrying case however the 2nd card purchased from the same seller came without that case and was packaged differently in a new inexpensive cardboard packaging. It looks like SanDisk is trying to save money and has begun to cheaply package the cards without the plastic case. If you own more than one card and carry them around with you, this might be a problem as loose cards are easily damaged. So just a heads up. Both are authentic cards but now in newer packaging, but you may want to verify with the seller you choose as to whether or not yours will come with the plastic carry case if this is important to you. That note aside, at $30-40, this card is an excellent choice and reliable. Many places sell this same card for $60-70. 2 cards later and I am very pleased, very happy and feel confident in recommending this for the PSP-3000 consoles.

I purchased this SanDisk memory stick rather than a Sony because I was afraid of getting a phony Sony one. I am pleased with the memory stick, it works perfect in my camera and didn't cost too much. Good product! I would definitely recommend this memory stick over a Sony due to all the fake Sony's on the market.
