Fantastic service and quick delivery from TekGalaxy. Called them to confirm if this cable will work with my camcorder and PC and quick response. Placed an order on Monday and cable was shipped next day. Perfect condition of the cable and correct for my camcorder video transfer.

I purchased this firewire to capture video from the Panasonic DVX-100 camera to my Macbookpro. Not only does it functions well, it connects real easy, easy to plug in and plug out, and it stays firm when it's plugged in so the cable doesn't disconnect by a simple pull. Some other cable that I've used will create malfunction from time to time, either not connecting well and makes me loose my video signal during capturing. The Belkin firewire doesn't have that trouble. Plus, the pricing is a bargain. It's got the right quality at an affordable price.

Tek Galaxy was extremely helpful and provided excellent service to their customers. If you have any problems with anything you recieved they are on top of it!! I recommend their products highly!
