The shipping box arrived in perfect condition, but the plastic box for the item that was inside was cut and the adapter was missing. It is useless for me now. How can I return this to amazon? How could this happen, a new item arrive open and with missing parts??? Be very careful if thinking on ordering this.

This is the best Express Card media reader I have found. Works as advertised, very fast, and easy to use. It is also much cheaper than other brands. A total homerun.
